Enclosed please find a copy of an engineering Services proposal from Welch
Hansen and Associates. The proposal would allow the subdivision plants, C.S.M.’s,
legal descriptions and easement document reviews that are currently being reviewed
by Ruekert & Mielke, Inc to be sent to Welch Hansen for review by Jamie Beaty.

In the past, Mr. Jamie Beaty was completing the reviews on behalf of Ruekert & Mielke.
Jamie has over 10 years of experience as a RLS accredited survey crew chief and 8
years of experience as a land development surveyor for the City of Muskego. Jamie
has changed positions, and is now working for Welch Hansen. Since Mr. Beaty has
left R/M, we have been experiencing several problems relating to the reviews of the
plats, C.S.M.’s and other easement documents.

It is my opinion that by sending these reviews to Welsh Hansen that several if
not all of these problems will be resolved, thus accomplishing the intent of sending
these items off for review to help the City’s staff, instead of creating additional work
for the City staff.
